Mallorie from Hearts For Hope Creative!

FullSizeRender 6Hello everybody! My name is Mallorie and I am 14 years old (15 later this month whoop whoop!). I love Jesus, art, calligraphy, dogs and horses. Recently I’ve been obsessed with watercolor florals. I have a little “business” similar to Allie’s called Hearts for Hope Creative. I sell canvases, foiled prints, and watercolor prints to raise money for missions. On my website, I have a blog where Letters 4 Luv was featured on my interview series “Live like Jesus and Love like Jesus“. I also have freebies! October 25th my new mini devotional will be launched. Let me know what y’all think about it! 😉

Honestly sometimes I dread going to school. I get tired of getting out of the car every morning just to hear negative things or cursing. I live in what’s known as the Bible Belt of the United States, but that doesn’t mean everyone knows Jesus on a personal level. Sometimes I feel like I would be fine packing up and moving because maybe people are nicer somewhere else. But then I remember this is where God has placed me during this season of life, specifically at school. Yeah maybe I strongly dislike it some days for the atmosphere not the learning:) BUT maybe just maybe God has put me here for a reason. I want to go to school and hear loving, uplifting words. I want to walk down the halls and see Jesus. Then again I wonder if other people see Jesus in me.

Am I living like Jesus and loving like Jesus? •

Do I live a life worthy of the calling I have received? Ephesians 4:1 •

Do I show love to all in everything that I do? Galatians 5:22 •

Do I actually live out what the Bible says or do I just read it and move on? James 1:22

Now that I am trying to live like Jesus and love like Jesus, I can’t change the world on my own. Jesus can. My job is to help share his story where He has placed me. For me, today my mission field is at school. I go there everyday and have countless opportunities to share Jesus. I don’t have to go outside of the United States to spread the Gospel until Jesus calls me there because I’ve been placed right where I’m needed. Where is your mission field in this season of life? Are you earnestly seeking Jesus so you can seek the lost? This topic has been on my heart lately and through all of it, I was speaking to myself and you. I pray that all of you know that you are needed where you are. Your purpose is found in Jesus and your actions can change the world.

Thank you so much Mallorie for sharing your heart with us today! Those are some awesome reminders.  Go check out her blog and her instagram, if you haven’t figured it out already, she is pretty amazing!!!
